Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed, except 48h delivery service, within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but please note that during busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

• We offer several shipping options for domestic and international orders. The available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to choose the most suitable option based on your location and urgency.

• Shipping rates are 5 euros for pre-paid orders and 10 euros for cash on delivery method. International shipping rates are 30 euros for EU and only pre-paid orders. Outside EU shipping rates are 50 euros.

• We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. The carrier used for your shipment will depend on the shipping method selected and your location.

• Please note that shipping rates may vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Please refer to the carrier's tracking information for the most accurate delivery updates.

• Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or peak holiday periods. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or any other factors beyond our control.
