Designed by Nike SB legend Todd Bratrud, the Nike SB Dunk High Strawberry Cough is composed of red ostrich-textual leather with shaggy green suede overlays and a green velour collar. From there, a graphic of a strawberry coughing embroidered on the heel and a semi-translucent sole add a custom feel.
